Of South Carolina's roadways, 2,000 have been deemed the worst of the worst. Charles Bierbauer sits down with S.C. DOT Secretary Christy Hall to discuss the state of S.C. Roads. Hall tells This Week in SC that the S.C. roadways are decaying rapidly, and the decay has almost doubled over the past five years. It will take ten years to fix the issues from the past five. The S.C. DOT will need $500 million a year for the next 25 years to fix these problems.
