South Carolina ETV and Public Radio (SCETV) will air comprehensive live coverage of the 2024 presidential election results and races throughout the state on Nov. 5 across its statewide television and radio networks. From 7 – 8 p.m., viewers can watch the live broadcast on ETV-HD, listen on SC Public Radio or stream on the scetv.org or southcarolinapublicradio.org websites. Broadcast television updates will then be provided hourly until 10 p.m.
Gavin Jackson, host of SCETV’s weekly public affairs show This Week in South Carolina and the weekly South Carolina Lede podcast, will anchor the coverage, featuring live results, updates and analysis of the race between Vice President Kamala Harris and former president Donald Trump. University of South Carolina Political Science Chair Kirk Randazzo and Winthrop Political Science Professor Scott Huffmon will join Jackson to provide insightful commentary throughout the evening.
Additionally, reporters Thelisha Eaddy and Maayan Schechter will be stationed at the Democratic and GOP headquarters to offer on-the-ground reports and analysis.
Viewers can watch the television broadcast of the live 2024 presidential election results and races throughout the state via livestream on the SCETV website; by using a digital antenna; through cable, satellite and streaming television providers; or on SCETV’s Facebook page or YouTube channel.
