Clemson Food Safety and Nutrition team members Christine Patrick and Marlyne Walker join us on "Making It Grow" to talk with us about the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP). They also show us the amount of sugar in popular drinks and also give advice on how to practice reading labels to distinguish between drinks to have daily and those to have occasionally. in addition, they make "blubber burgers” to compare higher and lower fat fast food choices. Lastly Christine and Marlyne show us how to make healthy red, white and blue breakfast parfaits!
