Students across the country are taking a more active role in education policy. Rush Johnston, a senior at the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts & Humanities, is a member of a group called Student Voice. In August 2017, she and other students met with Superintendent of Education Molly Spearman to talk about the changes they would like to see in their schools.
