When George Vanderbilt built The Biltmore in the late 1800s, his goal was to make the estate sustainable in many areas, one being agriculture. Eli Herman, the manager of the production garden, gives us a behind-the-scenes tour of the greenhouse and tells us how they are continuing Vanderbilt's mission today.
