As we enter a season of gratitude this November, we’re excited to share a month of programming that reflects the strength and unity of our state and nation.
We’re proud to showcase Native American Heritage Month with special programs on ETV-HD, including Amache: An American Injustice on Nov. 14 at 7:30 p.m. and The Electric Indian on Nov. 21 at 9 p.m., celebrating the resilience and contributions of Native American communities. On Veterans Day, Nov. 11 at 9 p.m., we honor the brave service of our military heroes with After Action “Invisible Veteran,” a powerful episode of our SCETV series.
On Nov. 5, join us for Election 2024 coverage on ETV-HD and SC Public Radio starting at 7 p.m. with local updates, followed by PBS News Vote 2024: Election Coverage at 8 p.m. as we provide essential election night coverage.
Our new series, IMPACT: South Carolina, will continue to keep you informed on key issues in our state. The premiere episode, “A Touch of Sugar,” airing on Nov. 14 at 8 p.m., will examine the diabetes crisis in South Carolina. That evening, at 8:30 p.m., Palmetto Perspectives will feature a live discussion with experts on the diabetes epidemic.
PBS KIDS brings excitement with the premiere of Carl the Collector, a heartwarming new show about inclusion and discovery, debuting on Nov. 14 at 8:30 a.m.
You also don’t want to miss the new two-part Leonardo da Vinci series from Ken Burns, premiering Nov. 18 at 8 p.m., exploring the extraordinary life of the renowned Renaissance artist and thinker.
And finally, join us in wrapping up the month with the Governor’s Carolighting on Nov. 24 at 6 p.m., a live broadcast from the South Carolina State House to kick off the holiday season.
