Stuffed Strawberries
Ingredients
- Filling: 8 oz cream cheese.
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar.
- 6 tablespoons butter.
Directions
- To prepare strawberries, cut off caps and scoop out a small amount.
- Cut the tip flat so the strawberry will stand upright.
- Cream filling ingredients together.
- Put mixture in piping bag or zip lock bag with a hole in the corner.
- Fill strawberries and chill.
