The Museum of the Moon, an incredible 23-foot inflatable moon installation was placed over Dargan Street in Florence, S.C. in May 2019. Florence was the second location that this artwork, created by U.K. artist Luke Jerram, was moved to in the United States,, following a journey from all over the world. SCETV spoke with Reynolds Williams, is head of a foundation that brings live, public artwork to Florence. Recently, Williams and his firm also sponsored another project of Luke Jerram's called "Play Me, I'm Yours" where they set up 20 pianos all over Florence that were free to the public to play for 4 years. SCETV also interviewed Mark Harris, the artist's Installation Technician, who explained the complicated and meticulous process of installing a public artwork outdoors.
