We’re teaming up with the culinary dream team, Sarah & Nate, of Charleston-based Sarah’s Dumps to bring you an authentic hands-on experience. Whether you’re a food lover, an aspiring chef, or simply looking to spice up your cooking repertoire, these hands-on workshops will immerse you in the rich flavors of Korean cuisine. Part 1: Dumpling Workshop Date: February 14, 2024 Time: 5-7p Celebrate Valentine’s Day in the most delicious way possible! In this Dumpling Workshop, you’ll learn the art of crafting fresh, flavorful mandu. 

Discover different filling options, including savory meat and vegetable as you master the folding techniques and cooking methods (steaming and pan-frying). You’ll enjoy a full meal family-style with plenty of mandu and side dishes. By the end of the class, you’ll be able to create a batch of homemade dumplings to enjoy with your loved ones or impress at your next dinner party. Part 2: Korean BBQ Class Date: February 15, 2024 Time: 5-7p Experience the excitement of grilling at the table in this hands-on Korean BBQ class! Learn how to cook traditional Korean BBQ, including marinated meats and vegetables using a Korean-made bbq grill and pan. 

You’ll enjoy savory banchan (side dishes) with this full meal. Our expert chefs will guide you through the preparation of iconic Korean BBQ staples like bulgogi, galbi, and more. After grilling your creations, you'll sit down and enjoy a delicious feast with fellow food enthusiasts.
