Tameca Wilson

Director, SC Maternal and Infant Health for March of Dimes

Tameca Wilson is the Director of Maternal and Infant Health for March of Dimes, South Carolina. In this role she leads March of Dimes mission impact at the local level by engaging and mobilizing community partners and building strong volunteer relationships to focus on eliminating health disparities within maternal and infant health.

Her career has always been health care focused, encompassing experiences at academic medical centers, federally qualified health centers, and consulting. It is from her various roles that her work turned into a passion for improving the patient experience and health outcomes. She currently serves on a several boards and committees including: SC Birth Outcomes Initiative Advisory Committee, SC Perinatal Association and SC Doula Steering Committee.

Tameca received her Bachelor's of Arts, in Communications, from Hampton University and her MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Marketing, from the University of New Haven.
