Beginning February 24, WNSC 88.9 FM Rock Hill will experience outages as our crews perform upgrades to our broadcast transmitter. For the safety of our tower crew, we will broadcast at low power during this time. Our stations may experience intermittent outages as this process occurs, with the possibility of going off the air completely for extended periods. We hope to keep these interruptions at a minimum. Host of From the Sky

Ned Garnier is an Atlanta-based actor that has been acting for 4+ years. He has studied under Dr. Keith Tims, Robert De’Que, Courtney B. Vance, and currently under Ken Feinberg. Graduating from Georgia State University with a Theatre Performance degree, Ned looks forward to working with, new, future directors on projects in Atlanta and around the world. His most recent projects are Coming 2 America, and SCETV's From the Sky.
