Mason Mamoun
Wild Wild South is very much a family affair with Hyatt’s partner Keon and brother Mason behind the cameras, following Hyatt into the wild and through the mosquito-infested waters to get the shots.
Mason, Hyatt’s 25 year-old brother, has a passion for adventure and creativity has always been tied to the outdoors—whether mountain biking, exploring wildlife areas, or studying plants and animals. A lifelong love for nature fuels Mason’s commitment to conservation of public lands. Starting with a Kodak Playsport and later a GoPro Hero 3, Mason and Hyatt spent hours creating short films, fascinated by the process of completing a project. Their early interest in film and working together, shaped their current passions.
Today, Mason uses art, cinematography, and drones to capture nature’s beauty from unique angles. Outside of the outdoors, Mason is also passionate about automobiles, music, human rights, and global cultures. This blend of adventure, creativity, and curiosity defines Mason, driving him to connect with and explore the world in meaningful ways.
