Franklin Daniels

Franklin Daniels is Chair of Maynard Nexsen’s national Real Estate and Environmental Law Practice. For more than 25 years, he has provided valuable legal and business counsel to clients operating in the world of real estate to help them develop and entitle projects, protect their assets, make successful and purposeful investments, and advance their goals. Daniels has been instrumental in bringing new business to the Carolinas, particularly along the coast of South Carolina. A business and community leader, he currently serves on the board of trustees of Brookgreen Gardens. Daniels previously served on the board of visitors for the Medical University of South Carolina and the board of directors for the South Carolina Governor's School of Science and Mathematics (GSSM) Foundation, as well as on the board of directors for the E. Craig Wall College of Business Administration at Coastal Carolina University.
