The South Carolina Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (SC ABOTA) presents the Seventh Annual James Otis Lecture Series in observance of National Constitution Day. The topic for the 2015 James Otis Lecture is Women’s Rights.
Broadcast live from the State House in the House Chamber, the program’s featured speaker will be South Carolina Chief Justice Jean Toal. Justice Toal will talk about her personal experiences with the development of Women’s Rights in South Carolina.
High school students from throughout South Carolina will be in attendance and recognized as James Otis Scholars.
