Lander University’s Honors College
Monday - September 23, 2013
On this edition of Speaking of Schools, we welcome Drs. Lillie Craton, who directs the Honors College at Lander University, and her associate, Lucas McMillan, as they describe the fledgling Honors College at the Greenwood institution. The College is a new venture, which during this first semester of its existence, has over seventy students enrolled. The College offers a time of confidence building and a gradual immersion into activities tailored to the individual sutdent; it's also geared to the University's EYE (Experience Your Education) program. The comments of Dr. Craton and Dr. McMillan are "eye" opening and the Honors College is detailed nicely on this edition of Speaking of Schools!
