S.C. K-12 Technology Initiative

S.C. K-12 Technology Initiative

The K-12 Initiative brings the resources of the world to the classroom and connects students with knowledge resources. Through the efforts of the K-12 Initiative, South Carolina was the first state in the nation to connect all public libraries to the Internet, and the fifth to connect all public schools.

Along with ETV, partners in the Initiative are: the S.C. Budget and Control Board, S.C. Department of Education, S.C. State Library and the private sector represented by AT&T and the S.C. Telecommunications Association.
