Registration for the ETV Technology Conference in Columbia, July 29, 30, and 31, opens April 15 at etv.streamlinesc.org. And, ETV is offering week-long, hands-on recertification courses around the state in many locations throughout the summer!
July 29-31: Educators may participate in one, two or all three days! Through multiple break-out sessions, we’ll explore ways to integrate technology to engage students in learning. Session examples: Technology for all ages K-12, iPad apps, Google docs, webtools (Weebly, Evernote, Remind101, Edmodo) and many more. The cost is $20 for each day, and to date lunch is on your own. If you sign up for all 3 days, for an extra $15 you are eligible to receive one hour/20 renewal credits. Be sure to register soon; the conference will fill up quickly!
ETV is also offering summer week-long, hands-on recertification courses (60 renewal credits), around the state. "Using Video in the Classroom" will cover ETV Services, Digital Storytelling, Movie Maker and the use of Video Cameras.
