Here are some quotes from teachers who attended the course last summer:
This is the first tech class I’ve been in where the information WAS NOT subject specific. I feel EVERY TEACHER from K – 12 and any subject would walk away from this class ready to use the information for students and with students! Alicia Houck, Greenwood 50
This was probably one of the most worthy and valuable weeks I have spent in a long time! I love the hands on approach. Being able to listen and do immediately is the best way to learn. Jane Cromley, Georgetown
In addition to the summer renewal credit courses, the ETV Education staff is available to come to your school, district or college class to provide professional development for your teachers at no cost to you. We can provide district-wide training, workshops for in-service days, after school workshops for the entire staff or grade levels/department meetings, training during planning periods or college classes. We need a minimum of eight teachers/staff in attendance to come to your location. For a list of SOME of our training options, visit our website. This is a partial list of what we offer. We provide training on any Education Technology, including mobile devices in the classroom. We do not provide training on the software for the interactive boards.
