Since 2004, ETV has provided a wealth of free digital media content to SC schools through our StreamlineSC service, including state-specific content developed by ETV as well as national content provided by partners. Due to funding decreases and new ETV services on the horizon, StreamlineSC will offer only our ‘local’ state-developed content AFTER the end of the 2016-17 school year.

Three years in the making, this Great Performances special, Hamilton’s America, gives an unprecedented look at the creation of the Broadway phenomenon Hamilton.

The documentary brings history to life through the lens of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s pop culture musical, the winner of 11 Tony Awards and the Pulitzer Prize. Hamilton’s America delves into the creation of the show, revealing Miranda’s process of absorbing and then adapting Hamilton’s epic story into groundbreaking musical theater.

ETV’s weekly magazine-style series airs each Thursday at 7:30 p.m. and focuses on SC arts and culture, business and economy, education, health, politics, and technology.  With two Palmetto Scene specials each Thursday night - October 20 and 27 – ETV will feature conversations with candidates running for federal office.

Raging Water – New ETV Documentary on 2015 Flood

ETV’s new documentary entitled Raging Water explores the effects of the historic “1,000-year flood” that devastated our state in 2015. As a potential rain event turned into a catastrophe, our state faced the breach of manmade structures, the failure of water systems, and floodwaters that swept into an already engorged river system.
