ETV Kids: Explore the Outdoors and More!
Just in time for National Parks Month, a new “Explore the Outdoors” promo priority event features a week of new episodes of Nature Cat and Wild Kratts between April 25-29, including the 100th episode of Wild Kratts on April 28 – itself a 100-themed show. Focuses on young adults with autism and the resources needed when students with autism “age out” of high school. This program highlights one vocational program within the film industry trying to change the unemployable outcome for autistic individuals.
Holocaust Day of Remembrance Programming
-April 9 at 8:00 a.m. on ETV World (ETVW): The Typist
The Typist follows the life and work of Larry Tillemans, believed to be the last living clerk-typist
from the Nuremberg Trials. It was Tilleman’s job to document the testimony of victims and
perpetrators of the Holocaust.
-April 9 at 5:30 a.m. and April 16 at 3:00 p.m. on ETV World(ETVW): Seared Souls: SC Voices of the Holocaust
Interviews and archival footage trace the events of the Holocaust through the voices of those
who lived it and then settled in South Carolina.
-April 9 at 7:00 a.m. on ETV World (ETVW): Yellows Stars of Tolerance
Documents a project to preserve yellow stars that were painted during the Holocaust on a
synagogue exterior wall in Normandy. Intended to serve as a reminder of the dangers of

A charismatic Holocaust survivor inspires her family to connect to relatives they never met.
Focusing on her brother Kalman, Anna recounts tales of a mischievous boy who tried to escape
the Warsaw ghetto with her.
-April 16 at 6:00 a.m. on ETV World (ETVW): Sosua: Make A Better World
This is the story of Dominican and Jewish teenagers in NYC’s Washington Heights neighborhood,
who, together with the legendary theater director Liz Swados, staged a musical about the
Dominican Republics’s rescue of 800 Jews from Hitler.
