Mark Whittington is the Director of Administration/HR. He has worked at ETV since 1997, first as Director of Human Resources, then in his current position, starting in 2008. He is primarily responsible for lead on HR and is the executive manager for MIS, Facilities, Postal and Printing. Prior to working at ETV, Mark was an HR Analyst with the State Office of Human Resources, the central state HR function, for seven years. Prior to state service, he had private sector HR experience. Before getting his Masters in HR in 1988, he worked as a manufacturing representative and a radio disc jockey. His undergraduate, also from USC, is in Broadcast Journalism.
